Scope: In line with the spirit of the Ministerial Statement of the Government of Development, which stipulates the functions of the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform to activate the use of information and communication technologies and develop typical standards for electronic sites in public administrations and institutions in preparation for establishing the e-government portal.
